Wheeled Loading Shovel Driver
£14.97p/hr, Temp to Perm, Day shifts, ASAP starts
WILLERBY, HULL
A National Waste Management Company is looking for an experienced Wheeled Loading Shovel Driver. The role involves loading wagons and screeners, moving material around the site, keeping the site clean and tidy while complying with the company’s health and safety, environmental and other standards. The driver may also be required to work away from the shovel assisting with manual duties and sorting around the site.
Responsibilities
The working week will be from 7am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays from 7am to 2pm.
Qualifications
* Hold a current/valid Shovel Loader License/Ticket (not in-house)
* Tractor experience would be beneficial
* Telehandler ticket/license would be advantageous
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment
* Must have your own PPE
* Knowledge of Manual Handling Techniques, as the role will include lifting, shifting and manual handling
