Main duties of the job
You will be eager to keep up to date with developments in the treatments that you are prescribing and help With You to develop, implement and evaluate the interventions we use with our clients. These include:
* Harm reduction providing support and advice in relation to substance misuse clinics;
* Assessing and reviewing prescribed treatment plans;
* Advising on detoxification, vaccination, and blood testing programmes;
* Reaching out to community members to offer proactive support and education.

Job responsibilities

We are part of a large integrated drug and alcohol service working with some of Cornwall's most excluded and disadvantaged people. Successful candidates will work as part of the clinical team, alongside in-house services including outreach, hospital, adult community, and criminal justice. The role involves working directly with clients to support their recovery journey. This is a full-time position (37.5 hours/week) based in Liskeard, with an induction period, supervision, and CPD opportunities.
