Checking vessel departures Ensuring correct documentation is presented / obtained Costing files Raising invoices to overseas offices File queries. What You Bring: Key Competencies: Excellent attention to detail Excellent communication skills Good team player Ability to work to strict deadlines Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative Good organisational skills Flexible and adaptable Skills and Experience : Experience in Ocean Export processes is essential Experience of Customs procedures, including Duty/Vat process is on imports is desirable Knowledge of the freight forwarding industry is essential Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Package – Word, Excel, Training on in house systems provided in full Qualifications: GCSE Math (A level an advantage) GCSE English
