We are looking for a Procurement Manager to join our Infrastructure team in Birmingham.
What you'll do:
* Implementation of project procurement strategy.
* Management of full tender process to achieve best value procurement solution.
* Undertaking procurement activity in accordance with both “Skanska operational procurement – The way of working” and our contractual requirements.
* Management of project stakeholders to maintain and seek to improve upon procurement and construction programmes.
* To support the implementation of ERP on the scheme.
* Utilisation of digital procurement tools.
What you'll bring to the role:
* Experience of procurement and supply chain management
* Product knowledge of materials and plant and subcontracts
* Construction / Site based experience
* Working knowledge of Main Contract T& Cs including NEC
