Ian Williams is seeking an experienced Electrician for our Response and Maintenance business based in Peterborough. You will specialise in day-to-day repairs, maintenance, and minor refurbishments for our reputable Social Housing client, working in properties in Peterborough and the surrounding areas. Duties and responsibilities of the Electrician role: Undertaking electrical repairs and maintenance work within a social housing domestic setting, with occasional electrical testing requirements You will be working towards weekly productivity targets, attending to emergency, reactive, and routine repairs. Demonstrating excellent customer service skills when working in a customer facing environment, in occupied properties. A friendly approachable individual is a must, someone who can relate and interact with tenants in a professional and friendly manner Expectations of the successfully appointed Electrician: Qualified to an NVQ level 3 as an Electrician or similar professional body (e.g., City & Guilds), with an 18th Edition certificate along with AM2, which is essential.
