Your new companyYou'll be working for a growing PE-backed Construction company in Chippenham.Your new roleYou'll be working in a medium sized team alongside another full time Accounts Assistant. Your key responsibilities will be as followed:
* Entering invoices into the COINS finance system, reconciling invoices to delivery tickets, matching invoices against purchase orders.
* Working closely with the Senior Buyer to resolve supplier issues and invoice disputes.
* Dealing with invoice queries and liaising with suppliers and subcontractors where appropriate.
* New supplier & subcontractor set up the system.
* Supplier statement reconciliation
* Ensuring that employee expenses are received and processed
* Reconciling Credit Card transactions to the statements.
* Assisting with supplier payments
What you'll need to succeed
* You'll need to have experience in Purchase Ledger and be confident in talking to suppliers.
* Ideally, Part-Qualified AAT.
* Experience on COINS accounting software would be a bonus!
* Hold a full UK passport
* Must be based locally ie Swindon, Chippenham, Calne, etc.
* Be comfortable on MS Excel, Word and Outlook
