About the Role
The Senior Administrator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the school office. The successful candidate will:
1. Contribute to the planning, development, and organisation of administration systems, policies, and procedures.
2. Analyse and evaluate data to produce reports, including HR and finance.
3. Support procurement and sponsorship to ensure value for money.
4. Oversee the administration of HR matters, including contracts of employment.

8. Have strong ICT skills and proficiency across a range of software packages (experience with Arbor MIS is desirable but not essential).

A qualification in English or Maths and NVQ3, degree or equivalent is essential.
