This is a Part-time role working 25 hoursper week. The shifts are around5 hours per day working shifts between 6am-4pm but some flexibility required around busy periods, with working weekends on a rota basis.
As aCustomer Support Advisor, you will be providingexcellent customer service to both external and internal customers being the first point of contact to assist in orders, via phone and email. Working in a small team you will also be supporting the field-based Sales Executives to book in appointments and taking weekly orders from customers.
