A Growth Product Lead / Loyalty Product Lead / Senior Growth Product Manager is needed by a fast-growing B2B2C & B2C tech organization that operates as a marketplace, both through a mobile app and white-label solutions. The company aims to quadruple its revenue over the next 2-3 years.

Location: Manchester (Hybrid, 2 days in the office per week)
The Growth Product Lead / Loyalty Product Lead / Senior Growth Product Manager will report to the VP of Product and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, data, and development teams globally. Responsibilities include utilizing in-app promotions, gamification, notification optimization, and streamlining the customer journey to ensure an excellent user experience across web and mobile platforms.
Key responsibilities:
* Own the development, growth, and optimization of the membership user experience.
* Collaborate with marketing, design, data, and development teams globally.
* Facilitate discovery discussions, conduct A/B testing, and make insight-driven decisions.
* Manage the user experience for both web and mobile platforms.
* Align product strategy with business objectives.
* Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships.
Required experience:
* Experience working with B2C or D2C products in a growth capacity on web and mobile platforms.
* Proven track record of delivering products that consumers love.
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and handle competing demands.
* Data-driven approach to prioritization and product development.
