Make a difference by supporting people to live their life, their way.
You will be supporting 3 people in their homes in Great Finborough. They enjoy activities such as singing, dancing, Disney, people watching, walking, game shows, baking, decorating, and gardening. Your role will involve taking the initiative to promote independence while building meaningful connections with them.
Supporting individuals with learning disabilities means embracing their unique journey. Every day offers new opportunities to explore interests, from a peaceful walk in the park to enjoying a favourite café or engaging in hobbies. Your role is to empower and connect, helping them navigate life with confidence and independence.
Gender is considered a genuine occupational requirement in accordance with paragraph 1 of Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010.
We can teach you everything you need to know about supporting people well. What we can't teach you is the stuff that comes from within: the buzz when you celebrate someone's wins, the natural desire to make someone's day brighter, and understanding that climbing a mountain starts with a single step. That’s what we are looking for from you.
