Shift Details:
* 19:00 - 03:30 Sunday to Thursday (with 1 in 5 Fridays & a day off during the week)
* 22:00 - 06:30 Sunday to Thursday (with 1 in 5 Fridays & a day off during the week)
Additional Pay: 10% extra from 18:00 - 22:00 and 20% from 22:00 - 06:00, with shift allowance, enabling you to earn up to £39,000 per year.

As a Warehouse Operative at our Portbury depot, you’ll pick, pack, and check the quality of ambient, chilled, and frozen food items, ready for delivery. The role starts with a full induction, and we offer optional accredited training including forklift, first aid, and HGV driving—there’s no limit to your potential. Once in, there are plenty of opportunities to change shifts, roles, and advance your career.
Requirements include an eye for detail, comfort in a cool environment (we provide a free thermal uniform), the ability to lift weights up to 25kg, and your own transport due to poor public transport links.
