Enterprise Mobility is a global mobility leader operating in 95 countries. We offer a Graduate Management Training Programme that gives you the chance to develop leadership skills and progress to a branch manager role within two years.
Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer service experiences, handling reservations, resolving enquiries, and building rapport with customers.
* Connect with local business partners and grow your network, developing lasting relationships.
* Understand financial mechanics, including cost control and interpreting profit and loss statements.
* Manage fleet operations, plan strategically, and drive performance.
* Lead and mentor a team, with opportunities to manage and promote others as you grow.
Qualifications
* A Bachelor's degree is preferred; professional experience can be used as an alternative.
* Full manual UK or EU driving licence required; accommodations can be provided for applicants with disabilities.
* No drug or alcohol related offence on driving record within the last five years.
