JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing Account Management team, currently consisting of 2 Customer Service Account Managers and 1 Sales Administrators who report into the Head of Account Management.
As a Sales Support Administrator in our Account Management Team, you will:
1. Raise repeat orders, ensuring that prices charged match the estimate, and increase margin where possible
2. Use the Company database (CERM) to record and maintain customer information, and to manage orders
3. Ensure all jobs are inputted on CERM in a timely manner, allowing for the production teams to fulfil orders
4. Amend existing jobs to the required quantities & specifications
5. Manage incomplete jobs and call-off jobs
6. Support the Account Management team with amended repeat orders
7. File and maintain product files
8. Answer incoming phone calls and handle queries when appropriate
9. Produce spreadsheets for costing models generated by the Account Management team
10. Complete expedite reports, including pull forward, push back and quantity amendments
11. Support the Account Managers with any administrative requests
12. Process, collate, and file job bags
13. Manage status updates on CERM for all job bags
14. Provide holiday cover for colleagues in the Account Management team, including sending order confirmations and proof approvals
15. Provide holiday cover for the Receptionist when required
JOB REQUIREMENTS
What we're looking for:
16. The initiative to react quickly when a situation arises.
17. Knowledge of printing and packaging would be advantageous, but experience in a Customer-focused or administrative position is essential
18. Capability to manage multiple projects and successfully prioritise your workload.
19. Ability to ensure paperwork is completed accurately and display the confidence to comfortably and accurately discuss any mistakes on customer orders.
20. Ability to communicate and guide customers through the entire ordering process.
21. Someone with a passion for delivering the highest level of customer service.
22. A positive attitude to learning and development.
23. An enthusiasm to work as part of a team, but also be able to use your initiative to work independently.
24. Someone who can maintain a high level of consistency and reliability, which ensures efficiency and productivity.
25. An appreciation and understanding that detail and quality is EVERYTHING when it comes to labels.
26. Someone who takes pride in their presentation, and can demonstrate tidiness and organisational skills.

29. A desire to work creatively within the printing and packaging industry.
30. Experience with working within the remit of ISO, PS, or BRC would be advantageous.
