Position: Maintenance Electrician Type: Permanent Location: Trafford Park Salary: £38,000: Monday – Friday 40 hours per week We are recruiting for a maintenance electrician to join a dedicated maintenance and engineering team within a facility in the Trafford Park area of Manchester. Maintenance Electrician: Maintenance Electrician completing PPM and reactive maintenance within the facility and estate Complete compliance paperwork Oversee sub-contractors on site Providing hands-on and supervisory duties to: Lighting and emergency lighting Compliance checks Ensure all tasks are risk assessed through site specific or dynamic risk assessments Monitor the BMS Continuously review the systems and identify areas for improvement and energy reduction Diagnose faults effectively and make good whenever possible.
