Key Account Sales Manager – Activated Carbon Products and Services
Salary up to £60k (Depending on experience) + bonus, car or car allowance + benefits

A Key Account Sales Manager is required at Carbon Activated Europe, a member of the Carbon Activated Group, a leading global manufacturer and distributor of activated carbon products and services across various industries.
Due to growth in our European operations, we are expanding our sales team in the UK. You will have 3-5 years of activated carbon sales management experience in sectors like Air Filtration, Biogas, Chemicals, Food and Beverage, Remediation, Water, and Wastewater. You will develop major accounts across the UK and Europe, collaborating with regional sales teams and distribution networks. Success in this role requires proven sales and marketing experience, technical knowledge, and a drive to grow accounts through partnerships and strategic efforts.
Requirements:
* Current experience as a Key Account or Account Manager seeking broader responsibilities.
* Experience in sectors such as Air Filtration, Biogas, Chemicals, Food and Beverage, Remediation, Water, Wastewater.
* Ability to manage and expand existing accounts and develop new client relationships.
* Willingness to travel 25-50% across Europe for client visits, trade shows, and training.
* Degree in Chemistry or related Science, or equivalent industry experience with additional business qualifications.
* Strong management skills to coach and develop external teams.
* Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, data-driven, with excellent IT, organizational, and communication skills.
