What Youll Be Doing
Youll help build and calibrate our cutting-edge wireless products and environmental sensors. Youll learn how to use tools and equipment like soldering irons, calibration chambers, and production machinery. Dont worry, well train you up!
Production Assembly
Build electronic products using pre-made components
Solder parts together and assemble them into housings
Program basic components and apply finishing touches like labels
Clean, pack, and prepare items for delivery
Support the team with other tasks as needed
Calibration
Calibrate temperature and humidity sensors to meet customer standards
Complete and sign off calibration documentation
Ensure all work meets quality and safety requirements
Housekeeping & Safety
Keep your workspace clean, organised, and safe
Label and store parts correctly
Check equipment before use to ensure its safe and ready
Follow all health & safety guidelines
Teamwork
Work alongside friendly, supportive colleagues
Respect safety rules and contribute to a positive work environment
Training & Development
Well support your growth with hands-on training and formal qualifications, including:
Safe use of hand tools and specialist machinery
IPC 610 certification (industry-standard for electronics assembly)
Calibration techniques and equipment training
