Position: Customer Service Coordinator Location: West Midlands Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £29,000 per year Simon Acres Recruitment are partnering with a well-established kitchen manufacturer based in Warwickshire to find a detail-oriented and commercially savvy Customer Service Coordinator to join their expanding team. About the Role: In this position, you will provide key support to retail and trade clients by preparing precise quotations, managing orders promptly, and ensuring exceptional service throughout each stage of the project. You’ll serve as the primary contact for trade partners, guiding them seamlessly from initial enquiry through to final delivery. Primary Duties: Prepare comprehensive and accurate quotations and costings for a variety of customers including independent retailers, contractors, and developers Handle order processing, verifying all details to ensure alignment with client requirements and pricing agreements Communicate directly with trade clients to clarify needs, respond to questions, and keep them informed on stock availability, lead times, and delivery schedules Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to track and coordinate orders efficiently Keep trade account and customer information up to date within internal databases Assist management by supporting sales administration, reporting, and order planning activities Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with trade customers to encourage repeat business and build long-term partnerships Proactively follow up on quotes, seeking to convert enquiries into confirmed orders Quickly and professionally resolve any order discrepancies or delivery-related issues Ideal Candidate Profile: Experience in sales administration, costing, or estimating within the kitchen, bathroom, joinery, or construction supply sectors is preferred; previous trade sales exposure is a bonus General knowledge of kitchen products would be advantageous Strong numerical aptitude and analytical skills with the ability to interpret plans and product specs Professional and confident communicator, comfortable engaging with a diverse client base Well organised, capable of working effectively in a fast-paced sales environment under pressure Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel A motivated team player with a positive attitude and dedication to delivering outstanding customer service Why Join?
