Technical Account Manager – Enterprise Mobility (MDM/EMM)

Our client is a global technology company that is looking for a Technical Account Manager with strong commercial acumen and hands-on expertise in MDM/EMM solutions. This hybrid role bridges technical delivery and account growth, supporting enterprise and public sector clients throughout the solution lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead technical deployments of on-premise mobility solutions
* Act as the trusted advisor for key accounts in healthcare, government, and enterprise sectors
* Drive account growth through renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
* Participate in RFPs/RFIs, influence procurement decisions, and manage complex sales cycles
* Collaborate with internal sales and product teams to shape strategic account plans
Requirements:
* 5–10 years' experience in technical account management, sales engineering, or enterprise mobility
* Proven success with MDM deployments and commercial growth within accounts
* Willingness to travel (up to 70%)
* Experience with UK public sector bids, and G-Cloud frameworks would be ideal
