Key Responsibilities
* Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using advanced diagnostic tools and Wrightbus manuals.
* Perform warranty and campaign repairs in line with company procedures.
* Communicate root cause analysis and repair estimates to the Parts & Service Team.
* Promote Wrightbus parts and services to customers.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with audit standards.
* Support customers on‑site and at various locations as required.
* Participate in ongoing training, including factory‑based and EV/Hydrogen systems.
What We’re Looking For
* NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Heavy Vehicle or PSV Engineering (or equivalent).
* Minimum 1 year’s experience in a heavy vehicle/PSV environment, dealership, or fleet.
* Strong mechanical and technical skills with the ability to diagnose and repair faults effectively.
* Flexibility to work weekend or alternative shifts on a rota basis.
