Internal Sales Executive - Freight Forwarding Sector.
Location: Birmingham, Coleshill Office Based.
Salary:£28,000£34,000 per annum (pro rata) + commission
Employment Type: Permanent, full-time, 0900-1700hrs, Part-time hours also considered
We are seeking a motivated and resilient Internal Sales Executivewho has previous experience within a sales-oriented freight role.
This is a key role suited to a proactive self-starter who thrives on building strong customer relationships and closing sales. Playing a vital part in driving new business, identifying growth opportunities, and acting as a trusted representative of the companys freight services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Proactively identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and online research.
2. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing while also handling inbound sales enquiries.
3. Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets with support from the wider team.
4. Prepare accurate and competitive quotes for road, sea, and air freight services.
5. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with both prospective and existing clients to ensure continued satisfaction and loyalty.<...
