An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive (NQ–3 PQE) to join a leading national Legal 100 law firm in Birmingham. This is a chance to work within a highly regarded private client team, advising high-value individuals including business owners, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth clients.

The Role
You will be responsible for managing a varied and high-quality private client caseload, including:
* Wills and estate planning
* Lasting Powers of Attorney
* Estate administration
* Inheritance tax planning
* Lifetime trusts
* Advising mass affluent and high-net-worth individuals
You will work closely with experienced senior lawyers, gaining exposure to more complex and technical matters, alongside strong mentorship and ongoing development.
About You
* NQ–3 years PQE in Private Client
* Strong understanding of wills, probate, and estate planning work
* Experience working with high-value or mass affluent clients (desirable)
* Confident communicator with strong client care skills
* Organised, proactive, and able to manage deadlines effectively
* Keen to develop technically and progress within a leading firm
