Project Manager role:
Working on a diverse portfolio of projects throughout the UK and overseas covering aspects of building, fit out, civil engineering and residential schemes, you would be responsible solely for various duties associated with project management.
Responsibilities of Project Manager:
Taking on projects on behalf the client - predominantly at Pre-Construction stage
Overall Project Management and stakeholder coordination throughout the process.
Chair meetings and action stakeholders with any and all follow up notes, procedures, actions and deadlines.
Assemble the design team of external consultants.
Collation and Coordination of all design drawings for a variety of construction building schemes
Project design review and advising of any changes to design with clients and contractors
Ensuring all project data is formatted in the correct manner
Ensuring that all reports are written effectively and correctly for presentation purposes
Handling deadlines and communicating work to stakeholder and contractors
Working closely with the commercial team
