Job Description
* Lead and support daily production operations, ensuring output, efficiency, and KPI targets are consistently achieved
* Drive machine performance by coordinating tool changes, minimising downtime, and reducing waste across production areas
* Manage labour utilisation and workforce allocation to maximise productivity and control operational costs
* Ensure high-quality standards are maintained through adherence to SOPs, employee training, and continuous monitoring of production processes
* Champion continuous improvement, housekeeping, and employee engagement initiatives to enhance operational performance and workplace standards

Essential Experience / Skills / Qualifications
* Previous experience within a plastic injection moulding manufacturing environment is essential
* Proven leadership experience within a production, operations, or manufacturing management role
* Strong understanding of production KPIs, quality standards, lean manufacturing principles, and continuous improvement methodologies
* Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
* Experience managing labour efficiency, production performance, and operational costs within a fast-paced manufacturing setting
