Our client is an established business, based in Stoke on Trent, who are now seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support in all employee-related functions. Duties for the HR Advisor will include:
Coaching and supporting managers with absence management, disciplinaries, and daily issues
Assisting and supporting in recruitment and the onboarding for new employees
Managing the leavers process to include conducting exit interviews
Ensuring all starters' and leavers' paperwork is accurate
Maintaining the HR information system (HRIS)
Being involved in specific HR / ER projects, including HR and Payroll system upgrades
Assisting with employee engagement activities It would be good to see candidates with the following experience:
Professional individual with previous experience working in a similar HR position
Preferably have a minimum of 3 years of experience
Ideally, someone from a manufacturing background
Strong admin and IT skills
Ability to work with a high degree of confidentiality
Someone who is well organised, who can work using their own initiative Hours: 37.5 Hours Per Week
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 Per Annum
