Responsibilities of the role: Deliver creative and well-structured lessons in accordance with the national curriculum. Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment. Monitor and assess pupils' progress, adjusting teaching strategies accordingly. Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure pupil success. Uphold and contribute to the school’s ethos and commitment to excellence. Manage behaviour positively and effectively, promoting high standards of conduct. Support pupils’ well-being, development, and individual learning needs. Ideal Candidate Will Have: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Experience teaching across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 within a UK primary setting is desirable. Comprehensive knowledge of the primary national curriculum and effective assessment methods. Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to pupil progress. Excellent communication and organisational abilities. A genuine passion for education and nurturing young learners. Have an updated CV ( covering the last ten years, barring any unexplained gaps ) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one). Why Join GSL Education?
