Overview
Field-based role covering the North West, with a strong focus on Liverpool and surrounding key commercial areas. We’re looking for high-energy, pure new business hunters who thrive on opening doors, challenging the status quo, and winning customers from competitors. This is not an account management role. You will not be inheriting a warm portfolio. You will build your own pipeline from scratch and win business through consistent, high-activity outbound prospecting and face-to-face engagement. What you’ll be doing
* Identifying and winning new commercial customers through cold calling, door knocking, networking, referrals, and competitor targeting
* Building a detailed understanding of your local market, including key sectors, decision-makers, and existing supplier arrangements
* Actively targeting businesses already using competitors (including major regional players such as West Wallasey)
* Creating tailored, consultative solutions across our full vehicle and support services
* Owning the full sales cycle from first contact through to close
* Working closely with central support teams to build compelling proposals and win new contracts

Relevant experience
* Recruitment consultants / 360 agency recruiters
* Field sales / B2B outbound sales roles
* Telecoms, merchant services, FMCG, or energy sales
* Vehicle leasing, rental, or fleet sales environments (desirable but not essential)

* Salary – £35,000 – £40,000 per annum
* Commission scheme that can bring OTE up to £70,000, with top performers hitting a cap of £77,500 on top of salary
