About the Team You’ll be joining a close-knit, experienced dental team who work hard, support one another, and enjoy coming to work. Our clinicians are supported by a strong nursing and reception team, allowing everyone to focus on delivering excellent patient care. You’ll be supported day-to-day by your Director of Clinic Support (DOCS) You’ll work closely with our Lead Clinical Associate, ensuring strong collaboration between clinical and operational leadership You’ll be trusted to lead locally, with the backing of a wider peer network of Practice Managers across the group About the Role As Clinic Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of day-to-day practice operations, ensuring the team delivers an exceptional patient experience and the business achieves its goals. You’ll bring structure, motivation, and accountability to the team while keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. Key Areas of Focus Leadership & Team Support Conduct regular one-to-ones, set clear expectations, and build team confidence. Lead by example and foster a supportive, high-performing culture. Operational Excellence Maintain strong systems, compliance, and workflow standards. Will be responsible and CQC registered Financial Performance Drive revenue and meet P&L targets. Monitor KPIs and streamline administrative processes to maximise efficiency. Marketing & Growth Collaborate with our central marketing team to support website and social updates. Help boost patient enquiries and build the practice’s local profile. Patient Experience Enhance patient satisfaction and maintain excellent safety standards Ensure a smooth, consistent patient journey from first greeting at reception through to rebooking.
