Responsibilities
* Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
* Carry out laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding linens and towels.
* Restock supplies and amenities in guest rooms and communal areas as needed.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
* Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries with a friendly attitude.
* Assist with cooking or meal preparation when required, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
* Maintain an organised cleaning schedule to ensure all areas are attended to regularly.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or commercial cleaning is preferred.
* Experience in a hotel setting is an advantage but not mandatory.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
