We’re recruiting a Head of Culinary & Hospitality to lead and elevate food and service standards across a group of exceptional care homes in the East of England.
This is a highly visible, client-facing leadership role where hospitality truly sits at the heart of the operation. You will champion restaurant-quality dining, create memorable experiences for residents and families, and ensure every meal service delivers genuine 5-star hospitality.
This role goes beyond kitchens. It requires someone who lives and breathes hospitality, is confident interacting with residents, families and leadership teams, and is passionate about creating a culture where food, service and experience are inseparable.
You will work closely with talented on-site Head Chefs and hospitality teams, driving standards, developing people and ensuring food and service consistently exceed expectations across multiple homes.
