We’re working with a fast-growing, international events organisation looking to hire a Paralegal into its collaborative in-house legal team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global business operating across multiple regions, supporting high-profile events and working closely with commercial teams worldwide.
The Role
You’ll support a small but dynamic legal team, gaining exposure to a broad range of commercial legal work across international markets.
Responsibilities include:
* Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, including sponsorship and supplier agreements
* Supporting contract management processes and maintaining legal documentation
* Advising on NDAs and day-to-day legal queries
* Assisting with compliance, including data protection and corporate governance
* Coordinating with external counsel globally
* Partnering with teams across sales, marketing, operations and finance
About You
* Experience or exposure to commercial contracts and legal processes
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders
* Proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a wider team
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
