Role: Junior Team Leader Location: Sandy, SG19 Hours: PM 14:00 – 22:00 Nights: 22:00-06:00 Monday- Friday Salary: £12.21 p/h -£13.21 p/h OT and weekends from £14.65/h Please note that the Step-Up Team Leader requires for you to attend a trial shift. Weekly pay Immediate start available Monday to Friday shift with overtime available (£14.65-£21.98/h) Friendly and welcoming team Holidays accrued Free on-site parking Paid lunch break Light work / Assembly of cardboard display units Casual dress Possibility of a Pay Increase and Career Progression Key Responsibilities as a Super Temp Picking and Packing Light assembly of displays boxes To maintain a clean and tidy work place To carry out any other work or duties, as the workload so requires Lead and supervise the warehouse team, ensuring all staff are trained and comply with safety standards. Oversee a production, quality and inventory management. Coordinate and monitor the performance and productivity of the warehouse team. Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and safe at all times. Resolve any issues or conflicts within the team promptly and effectively. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication What we need from you as a Super Temp Experience in warehouse supervision or a similar role is an advantage, but not essential. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
