We're now looking for a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly team.
About the Role
As a Nursery Practitioner at Bear Care, you'll play a vital part in giving every child the best possible start in life. You'll help create a warm, engaging learning environment that supports each child's individual needs and development.
Whether you're singing songs, exploring nature, or supporting first steps, you'll be making a difference every single day.
Your Role Will Include:
* Providing high-quality care and education for children aged 0–5
* Supporting children's development through creative, play-based learning in line with the EYFS
* Building strong, positive relationships with children and their families
* Carrying out observations and contributing to developmental records
* Ensuring a safe, clean and welcoming environment at all times
* Working as part of a supportive, collaborative team
* Upholding Bear Care's values, safeguarding and health & safety policies
We're Looking For:
* Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
* A genuine passion for working with young children
* Good knowledge of the EYFS and child development
* A friendly, nurturing personality with great communication skills
* A team player who is reliable, flexible and ready to get stuck in
