As Paid Media Assistant, you'll deliver paid media campaigns that drive real results for a variety of brands. What You'll Be Doing
Support setup, management and optimisation of campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads
Conduct keyword and audience research to inform campaign planning
Write and test ad copy tailored to different platforms and audiences
Monitor performance against KPIs and assist with ongoing optimisation
Create regular client reports demonstrating campaign performance and insights
Collaborate with Strategy, SEO and Content teams for integrated delivery
Stay informed about platform updates and industry trends
Experience You'll Need to Apply
612 months' paid media or digital marketing experience (agency or in-house)
Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads, Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
Comfortable creating performance reports and pulling insights from data
Working knowledge of Google Analytics and tracking tools
Confident using Excel/Google Sheets for analysis
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Google Ads certification (or willingness to complete within a couple of months)
