About Our Client

Job Description

3. Working with the Individual Giving Fundraising Manager to support the delivery of new and existing Individual Giving programmes to maximise income from individual donations, appeals, gifts in memory and legacies.
4. Supporting the attraction of new donors and development of the existing donor base to maximise supporter lifetime value and grow income.
5. Working towards achieving annual income targets from individual giving streams as agreed with the Head of Supporter Engagement.
6. Tracking, analysing and reporting on the results of Individual Giving campaigns and activities against budget and expenditure, while monitoring supporter feedback.
7. Producing and presenting end-of-campaign evaluation reports to review performance and outcomes.
8. Maximising Gift Aid income opportunities across individual donations.
9. Supporting the development and implementation of a diverse supporter acquisition programme to grow the donor base.
10. Ensuring accurate data capture and record management on the Raiser's Edge NXT database relating to individual giving and legacy activity.
11. Supporting the development and implementation of integrated marketing plans for individual giving campaigns to maximise growth, income and sustainability.
12. Assisting with the creation and development of marketing collateral tailored to specific fundraising campaigns or income streams.
13. Using data insights and analytics to support donor segmentation, supporter retention activities and the development of supporter journeys.
14. Working collaboratively across teams including fundraising, care and retail to increase awareness and maximise income opportunities from Individual Giving products.
15. Supporting the marketing and communications team in promoting Individual Giving fundraising initiatives across relevant media channels for both new and existing audiences.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Temporary Individual Giving Fundraiser - Legacy and In Memory should have:

16. Previous experience in fundraising or a related field within the public sector.
17. Strong organisational and administrative skills.
18. Proficiency in managing donor databases and CRM systems.
19. A keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
20. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
21. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
22. Understanding of legacy and in-memory giving practices and principles.
