Lettings Negotiator role - What’s in It for You?

Your Role as a Lettings Negotiator:
* Work collaboratively with the lettings team to achieve targets and ensure compliance with legal documentation
* Engage with clients—handling telephone and face-to-face inquiries with exceptional customer service
* Conduct property viewings, gather feedback, and negotiate tenancies with landlords and tenants
* Oversee smooth move-ins, ensuring properties are fully prepared
* Maintain strong relationships with both landlords and tenants, offering expert guidance throughout the process
* Play a key role in strengthening the brand in the local market
Who We’re Looking For:
* Experience in a Lettings Negotiator role (or similar) is advantageous
* Sales &; customer service experience – you’re a natural with people!
* Strong IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Office
* A full driving license &; access to a vehicle
* Ambitious, motivated, and eager to progress in the ever evolving world of lettings
