Job Title: Senior Business Analyst
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in supporting data analysis, migration, reconciliation, and operational readiness. The ideal candidate will assist in documenting processes, identifying gaps, and providing crucial reporting support for project and programme governance.
Responsibilities
1. Support data analysis for migration, reconciliation, and operational readiness.
2. Assist in documenting processes and identifying gaps or risks.
3. Provide reporting support for project and programme governance.
4. Help coordinate stakeholder inputs across operations, IT, and suppliers.
5. Contribute to risk and issue tracking within assigned workstreams.
6. Run data checks and support reconciliation activities.
7. Prepare reporting packs for project meetings.
8. Document process steps and support SOP updates.
9. Track actions and dependencies for the project team.
10. Support testing cycles and evidence gathering.
Essential Skills
11. Strong Excel and data-handling skills.
12. High attention to detail when working with large datasets.
13. Clear communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
14. Ability to follow structured processes and governance requirements.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
15. Interest in pensions or financial services is beneficial.
16. Experience in business analysis, Agile methodologies, and systems analysis.
17. Skills in data analysis, change management, and process improvement.
18. Proficiency with Power BI and understanding of life insurance and pension domains.
