Due to growth within this firm, it is transitioning over to become CILEX regulated enabling them to be able to carry out Probate Activities in accordance with the Legal Services Act 2007. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping the future of the firm as it continues to grow and expand.

Youll manage a varied caseload of Wills, Probate, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and Estate Planning matters, working with autonomy while building lasting relationships with clients who truly value your expertise.

Competitive starting salary of £38,000 £45,000, dependent on experience

About you:
Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (FCILEX/CILEX qualified) with at least 1 year PQE in Private Client work
Strong technical knowledge with excellent client communication skills
Self-motivated, personable, and passionate about providing exceptional service
Full driving licence and access to your own transport
