Your Role in our Mission: This is a pivotal role as we expand the RG-ER global Discount & Reward platform proposition. Growing and optimising our global merchant network through affiliate, coupons, loyalty or other channels to support our vision of building the market-leading global merchant catalogue. You will ensure Reward Gateway-Edenred has the best choice of commercially optimised content available in the countries which we currently operate, as well as the countries that we plan to operate. Absorbing feedback from key stakeholders (such as clients, prospects, internal teams and ER Business Units) you’ll help spearhead our global content strategy by identifying opportunities and develop our global content offering. Our Retail team works from our Dean Street office two days per week. What You’ll be Doing: Identify, develop & maintain long term relationships with international merchants and suppliers partners through affiliate, coupons, loyalty or other channels to support the enrichment of the Merchant offer on existing geo's and ER global expansion. Ensure commercial performance & partnerships are optimised and limit churn across all partners globally by conducting regular business reviews. Track internal Merchant Satisfaction (NPS) and ensure RG-ER become preferred partner in a very competitive environment Oversee new global merchant and supplier integrations and launches Building relationships and liaising closely with internal stakeholders including; Head of Global Merchant Content Partnerships (Gift Cards), in-country Merchant teams and other key teams throughout the business. Optimise content sourcing by maintaining a good benchmark view of performance and content across global partners. Updating and tracking competitor analysis to benchmark global content and ensure the content management tool is up-to-date This role will propose innovations based on Market needs to improve the collaboration with brands or open new way’s of working Represent RG-ER at events and fairs Experience and Skills You Need in this Role: In-depth knowledge and experience within a global merchant partnership industry - such as; affiliate, coupons, loyalty or others.
