The successful candidate will work either 1:1 with a child with SEND or with small groups, supporting pupils across the primary age range to achieve their learning goals. The ideal candidate will have: A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Support Work in Schools or Teaching Assistance (essential) At least 6 months’ experience working in a UK Primary School (essential) Experience supporting pupils with SEND on a 1:1 basis Confidence in running interventions such as Phonics or Speech and Language Therapy (desirable) A positive, nurturing, and adaptable approach to supporting children’s learning and development This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive school environment that values its staff and provides excellent opportunities for professional growth.
