Grade 3 SCP 7-11 £26,403 - £28,142 pro rata
Part Time - 16 hours per week
Monday – Sunday between 7.00am – 8.00pm

Role Overview
The Family Care and Support Team seeks a compassionate individual to provide support for young people and their families. This includes supporting children and young people with disabilities and/or complex needs, assisting with personal care tasks, and helping them access play, recreation, and leisure activities within the community, at home, or in youth club settings.
You will also contribute to care plan implementation by offering flexible support during the day, early mornings, evenings, weekends, and school holidays.
