Job Description This hybrid role offers a great balance of home and office working. You’ll join your colleagues in your local office, on site, or visiting suppliers for at least two days a week. Joining us as a Supplier Delivery Manager You’ll play a key role in ensuring suppliers meet our standards and timelines as we expand our full fibre network. With a focus on performance and risk management, you’ll drive continuous improvement and protect our business as we work with key partners. This is a fantastic opportunity to have a direct impact on the success of our strategic supplier relationships. This is some of what you can expect to be doing: Build and maintain collaborative relationships with key strategic suppliers Establish and monitor KPIs, conducting performance reviews and addressing issues promptly Identify supplier risks and develop effective mitigation strategies Negotiate cost reductions and identify opportunities for better value Work closely with internal teams to ensure suppliers meet operational needs Analyse performance data and provide regular reports to identify trends and improvements What you’ll bring to the role You’ll have proven experience in supplier management, procurement, or a related field, with strong performance and relationship management skills. You’ll also have: Expertise in risk management and performance improvement Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Analytical and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow) is desirable A proactive and collaborative approach, with a focus on delivering results Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging We’re a Times Top 50 Employer for Gender Equality.
