Safety is at the core of our values, and we are expanding our Safety Team to support this growth, with roles available in Northampton, Huntingdon, Cambridge & Peterborough.
In this role, you will provide professional and authoritative safety services, offering specialist advice across all safety areas. Your expertise will help managers, employees, and contractors adhere to health and safety policies and practices.

What you’ll be doing:
* Providing expert, timely safety advice to managers and employees to ensure legal and moral compliance
* Supporting managers and staff to understand and follow safety practices and legislation
* Responding to customer enquiries, internal and external
* Supporting procedures and guidance development
* Collaborating with safety professionals to share best practices
* Reviewing performance and supporting improvements
* Conducting safety audits, inspections, and investigations
* Developing safety systems and reporting mechanisms
* Building relationships with contractor personnel to improve safety standards
What does it take to be successful?
* Full UK Driving Licence, due to regional travel
* Residency within the Anglian Water Region
* NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent (or in progress)
* Member of IOSH (Tech IOSH/MIOSH or Grad IOSH)
* NEBOSH Certificate minimum
* Flexible, responsive attitude to customer and team needs
* Excellent communication skills
