Marketing & Operations Executive
Location: Ampthill, Bedfordshire, Hybrid office working
Working pattern: 20–25 hours per week, Part-Time

Octagon Group is a specialist recruitment company working with world-class technology businesses across the UK and internationally. We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for a Marketing & Operations Executive to join our team in Ampthill, Bedfordshire.
This is a part-time role (20–25 hours/week) that blends marketing, content creation, and day-to-day business support.
What you’ll be doing:
* Creating engaging content for LinkedIn, blogs, and newsletters.
* Using Canva to design graphics and branded materials.
* Supporting marketing campaigns and tracking performance.
* Managing and updating CRM systems.
* Assisting with admin, operations, and project management.
* Helping the team deliver great experiences to clients and candidates.
What we’re looking for:
* Experience in marketing, operations, or business support.
* To hold a relevant marketing degree or similar.
* Proficiency with Canva and strong writing skills.
* Experience with CRMs (Bullhorn, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) would be beneficial.
* Comfortable using ChatGPT and AI tools to create content and boost productivity.
* Organised, detail-oriented, and able to balance multiple priorities.
