Systems & Reporting Analyst
Salary: 45,000 55,000 + benefits (will look at temporary)
Were working with a business thats modernising and connecting a mix of platforms including Salesforce, HubSpot, and FP&A systems. The aim is to improve how data flows across the organisation and build stronger in-house capability around reporting and system integrations.
As part of a small, collaborative Business Systems team, youll take ownership of reporting and dashboard delivery across Power BI, TM1, and Cognos, working closely with internal users and technical partners.
Youll translate requirements, maintain data structures, and support the rollout of new integrations helping the business move away from outsourced reporting and towards more self-sufficient systems.
Key responsibilities
* Build and maintain dashboards and data models in Power BI and other reporting platforms.
* Work with cube-based systems such as TM1 or Cognos to manage reporting structures and outputs.
* Support integrations between Salesforce, HubSpot, and FP&A tools via partners using MuleSoft.
* Translate business requirements into system changes or reporting enhancements.
* Ensure consistency and quality across multiple data sources and reporting layers.
* Collaborate with ERP and systems teams to align data models and automate key reporting.
What youll bring
* Experience working in a systems, reporting, or BI-focused role.
* Hands-on knowledge of Power BI (DAX, data modelling, Power Query).
* Exposure to cube-based systems (TM1, Cognos, Hyperion or similar).
* Strong understanding of how data flows between business systems.
* SQL or data integration experience (useful but not essential).
* Comfortable engaging stakeholders and taking ownership of deliverables.
