Facilities Officer – On-site, Falkirk

* Location: Concentrix, Falkirk. You will occasionally be required to support at our Glasgow Hope Street or Dunoon sites.
* Working hours: 8am – 4:30pm Monday to Friday
* Salary: £25,396 with additional ‘on call’ allowance (approx. £4700 per annum)
* On Call Rota: This role requires you to be ‘on call’ for 1 week (8am Monday – 8am the following Monday), every 3 weeks.
* Driving: Having a clean, full driving license and access to own vehicle is crucial for this position, due to the locations of the sites mentioned previously. Further detail of mileage allowance will be discussed at interview.

What you will do in this role
As a Facilities Officer, you will:
* Maintain business continuity at our Concentrix premises in Falkirk by ensuring all properties, equipment and services are maintained to the highest standards and providing quality facilities and support services for all end-users.
* Adhere to all facilities related health and safety legislation and ensure Concentrix health and safety policy is always adhered to by employees and all contractors.
* Ensure the proper upkeep, safety, and functionality of our facilities, directly supporting our commitment to providing a secure and productive environment for staff and visitors.
* Compliance with safety regulations.
* Adhoc duties where necessary to cover tasks such as snow clearance & gritting, unblocking drains/toilets
Your qualifications

* Previous facilities or maintenance experience is advantageous
* Must possess a clean, full driving license with access to own vehicle
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
* Results focused. Committed to providing outstanding customer service
* PC literate, with a working knowledge of industry standard packages (e.g. Microsoft Word & Excel.)
* Ability to remain calm and retain control when faced with difficulty
* Committed to ensuring compliance with Health & Safety, care for the Environment, and expenditure within budgetary controls.
