Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations. This role requires proficiency in various office management tasks, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to multitask on occasions and serve our residents drinks from the bar .
Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
* Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel.
* Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and proofreading documents.
* Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
* Assist with administrative tasks such as managing correspondence and maintaining office supplies.
* Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times.
* Serve drinks at the bar if required.
Requirements
* Experience in an office setting, preferably as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role but training will be given
* Ability to learn new software quickly; familiarity with Rezlynx is a plus.
* Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
* Effective phone etiquette and strong verbal communication skills;
* Ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly demeanour and professional appearance.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to £13.68 per hour
Expected hours: 8 per week
