Portsmouth Football Club are looking for friendly, reliable and experienced staff to join the team on Matchdays and Events at Fratton Park as a hospitality lounge supervisor.
Must be available the week commencing the 22nd of September 2025 (between 10am-5pm)
Experience in hospitality management/supervising is preferred.
Flexibility to commit to Evenings / Weekdays / Weekends (Fixtures dependent)
Part time hours available
Potential to extend contracts past initial employment requirements.
You will be required to:
* Supervise and motivate hospitality staff, ensuring they complete service tasks correctly and in a timely manner whilst providing attentive customer service.
* Oversea the pre-match setup and manage the lounge throughout the hospitality experience ensuring timely service to guests.
* Act as a point of contact for guests, welcoming and directing them into the lounge, resolving issues, handling complaints effectively and ensuring a positive experience.
* Ensure staff are briefed on their responsibilities for the day, any dietary requirements of customers, and have all the necessary equipment and information to deliver a great hospitality experience.
* Ensure staff are customer focused and that all licensing and company regulations are followed.
* Be punctual, presentable and hardworking
* Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
* Ensure all public areas are always clean and presentable
* Be able to work as part of a team
Job Types: Part-time, Temp to perm
Pay: £13.50 per hour
