Finance Business Partner/Controller - 2 sites
Location: Leomisnter / Worcester
Role : 18 month Contract
Are you a qualified finance professional looking to make a real impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? Hays Senior Finance are partnering exclusively with a global FMCG business who are looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner to join their team and play a key role in driving financial performance and strategic growth across their segment/cluster sites.
What You'll Do
1. Partner with management teams to deliver accurate forecasts, management accounts, and annual budgets.
2. Provide timely financial information to support decision-making at site, cluster, and group level.
3. Prepare and present monthly accounts, commentary, and action plans.
4. Assess customer profitability and support credit decisions.
5. Manage Capex proposals, track capital projects, and ensure compliance.
6. Maintain and improve costing systems and reporting processes.
7. Liaise with auditors and ensure accurate tax reconciliations.
8. Deliver weekly/monthly KPI reports and support strategic planning.
What We're Looking For
9. Degree-level education and professional qualification (ACA/ACCA/ACMA).
10. Strong experience in finance with exposure to commercial operations.
11. Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment and deliver results during change.
12. Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills (ERP & Microsoft Office).
13. Proactive, customer-focused, and solution-oriented mindset.
