This is a very exciting opportunity to join a growing business in Norwich, you'll be an whiz on MS Excel, be comfortable working with data and reporting to the team on findings. You will be working alongside the Managing Director and Business Development Manager, proactively seeking new partnerships for the clients to meet and exceed revenue targets. Negotiate preferential commercials to remain competitive in the market. Key Responsibilities Adhere to the business plan outlined by the Managing Director, providing regular feedback on planning and prospect partners for clients. Provide weekly updates at team meeting of prospects and commercial opportunities. Plan prospects based on the clients who have requirements for bespoke partnerships. Log targets using Trello on a regular basis and share plan with Business Development Manager and Managing Director. Understand clients needs and seek relevant partners for such brands. Target potential partners from competitor networks. Proactively manage the relationship and handover of new commercial opportunities through effective and regular communication with Business Development Manager and Client Services Team. Understand the needs of clients, while also considering the requirements of partners and the Client Services Team, bringing them together to achieve the revenue and business plan. Provide the Client Services Team with a detailed hand over using the correct forms and processes. Ensure competitive commercials are negotiated with all partnerships in line with the agreed targets. Provide accurate details to the Client Services Team for understanding of set up. Ensure partners are aware of commercial and contractual terms prior to being hand over to Client Services Team. Represent the business at conferences and regularly attend meetings, when possible. Ensure performance is in line with KPIs. Ad hoc projects as required. Essential Skills Excellent interpersonal skills, with the confidence to approach people. Must have excellent knowledge of using MS Excel to a proficient level. Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills. Experience in a Sales or Account Management related role. Extremely driven with the ability to work on own initiative.
