Service Advisor
Nisbets has an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Service Department as a Service Advisor, following an internal promotion. In this position, you will be part of a team providing high-quality after-sales service for the thousands of machines we sell. Responsibilities include carrying out installations, repairing machines both on-site and in our workshop, managing all customer machine returns, and liaising closely with third-party Service Providers working on our behalf.
As our Service Advisor, you are the first point of contact for the customer. It is extremely important to create a great first impression, so we need people motivated by delivering excellent customer service and helping others. You will join a supportive team of Service Advisors who genuinely enjoy their work, offering a balance of hard work and fun. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start an office-based career.
Full time - Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:45 pm
What will I be doing as a Service Advisor?
1. Act as the first point of contact for customers and take responsibility for processing calls to a satisfactory conclusion.
2. Resolve customer issues over the phone, thereby avoiding the need to send an engineer to site or collect an item for repair (training provided).
3. Liaise with internal colleagues and Service partners to resolve customer queries in a timely manner.
4. Undertake additional Service activities as requested by the Service Team Leader.
